欢迎使用活力签!本用户服务协议(以下简称「本协议」)是您与云界智汇信息技术(廊坊)有限公司之间关于您使用活力签服务所订立的协议。请您在使用我们的服务前仔细阅读本协议,特别是免除或限制责任的条款。若您不同意本协议任何条款,请不要使用我们的服务。
1. 服务内容与范围
活力签是一个简单实用的报平安与关心圈工具,我们为您提供以下服务:
- 打卡服务:每天点击「打卡」记录您的安全状态与打卡天数
- 打卡记录:查看您的打卡日历、连续打卡天数、总打卡天数等统计
- 每日打卡提醒(App):当您超过设定天数未打卡时,通过 App Push 提醒您本人打卡
- 紧急联系人提醒:当您连续未打卡达到设定阈值时,向您设置的紧急联系人发送安全提醒。中国大陆地区用户使用我们的小程序时,我们通过短信向联系人手机号发送提醒;非大陆地区用户或使用我们 App 时,我们通过邮件向联系人邮箱发送提醒。短信提醒仅用于大陆小程序,邮件提醒用于非大陆或 App,二者依您使用的产品与地区而定
- 在乎(关心圈):与另一用户互相关注后,可查看对方打卡状态;当对方连续未打卡时,您会收到 App Push 提醒,便于您关心对方(仅 App 端)
- 通知设置:设置提醒阈值(连续未打卡天数)和通知时间段
我们致力于为您提供简单、可靠的报平安与互相关心服务。
2. 用户注册与账户
使用我们的服务需要您:
- 通过支持的登录方式(如微信、Apple、Google、邮箱等)授权登录,我们仅获取账号标识、昵称和头像等必要信息
- 遵守相关法律法规和本协议条款
- 设置您的姓名或昵称,用于在提醒通知中标识您的身份
首次登录即表示您已阅读并同意本协议和《隐私政策》。您有责任维护账户信息的安全与准确,不得将账户转让给他人使用。
3. 紧急联系人提醒与在乎关系
紧急联系人提醒:您可设置紧急联系人(家人或好友)。当您连续未打卡达到设定天数时,我们会向联系人发送安全提醒。在中国大陆地区使用小程序时,我们通过短信发送,需提供联系人手机号;在非大陆地区或使用 App 时,我们通过邮件发送,需提供联系人邮箱。通知仅在您设置的时间段内发送。您应确保联系人信息准确并已获得对方同意。
在乎(互相关注):在 App 中您可与另一用户互相关注。关注后您可查看对方打卡状态;当对方连续未打卡达到设定天数时,您将收到 App Push 提醒。您应仅添加您愿意关心且已获其同意的用户。
4. 用户行为规范
在使用我们的服务时,您承诺:
- 遵守中华人民共和国及相关地区法律法规
- 不得利用本服务进行任何违法、违规活动
- 不得恶意攻击、破坏我们的系统或服务
- 不得设置虚假的联系人信息或恶意骚扰他人
- 不得侵犯他人知识产权或其他合法权益
如您违反上述规定,我们有权暂停或终止为您提供服务,并保留追究法律责任的权利。
5. 知识产权保护
本服务中的所有内容(包括软件、界面设计、图标、文字、图片、商标、域名等)均受知识产权法律保护,归我们或相关权利人所有。未经授权,您不得复制、传播、修改或用于商业用途。
您的打卡记录、紧急联系人信息、在乎关系等数据归您所有,我们仅用于提供服务和数据存储。
6. 隐私保护
我们高度重视用户隐私,严格按照《隐私政策》处理您的个人信息。详细内容请参阅 《隐私政策》。
7. 服务变更与终止
我们保留根据业务需要修改、升级服务功能,或在必要时暂停、终止部分或全部服务的权利。重大变更将通过应用内公告等方式提前通知用户。
8. 免责声明
⚠️ 重要提示:本服务仅作为报平安与互相关心的辅助工具,不能替代您与家人朋友的日常联系。提醒服务依赖网络、短信/邮件服务商、Push 服务等第三方,可能存在延迟或失败。请勿将本服务作为唯一的紧急联系方式。
您理解并同意,在以下情况下我们不承担责任:
- 因网络故障、系统维护等导致的服务中断或提醒延迟
- 因第三方(如登录平台、短信/邮件服务商、推送服务商)导致的服务异常或提醒失败
- 因联系人手机号/邮箱错误、停机、欠费等导致提醒无法送达
- 因用户忘记打卡但实际安全而误触发提醒的情况
- 因不可抗力导致的服务中断、数据丢失或提醒失败
- 本服务仅为自愿性辅助工具,不构成对用户人身安全的任何保证或承诺
9. 争议解决
因本协议产生的争议,双方应友好协商解决。协商不成的,可向公司所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。
10. 协议修改
我们可能根据法律法规或业务需要修改本协议。修改后的协议将在应用内公布并注明生效日期。您继续使用我们的服务即视为同意修改后的协议。
本协议自您使用我们的服务时生效。感谢您选择活力签。
Welcome to AliveDay! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Yunjie Zhihui Information Technology (Langfang) Co., Ltd. regarding your use of AliveDay. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services, especially the sections on limitation of liability. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not use our services.
1. Services
AliveDay is a simple check-in and “care circle” tool. We provide:
- Check-in: Tap “Check in” each day to record your status and streak
- Check-in history: View your calendar, current streak, and total check-in days
- Daily check-in reminder (App): When you have not checked in for a set number of days, we send you an in-app push reminder to check in
- Emergency contact reminders: When you have not checked in for your set threshold, we send a safety reminder to your emergency contacts. For users in mainland China on our mini-program (小程序), we send reminders by SMS to the phone numbers you provide. For users outside mainland China or on our App, we send reminders by email to the email addresses you provide. SMS is used only for the mainland mini-program; email is used for non-mainland or the App, depending on your product and region
- Care (mutual follow): After you and another user mutually follow each other, you can see each other’s check-in status. When the other has not checked in for a set number of days, you receive an app push so you can reach out (App only)
- Notification settings: Set the reminder threshold (days without check-in) and time window
We aim to provide a simple, reliable way for you and your loved ones to stay connected.
2. Account
To use our services you must:
- Sign in via a supported method (e.g. WeChat, Apple, Google, email); we only obtain the identifiers, nickname and profile needed for your account
- Comply with applicable laws and these Terms
- Set a display name used to identify you in notifications
By signing in you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your account accurate and secure and must not transfer your account to others.
3. Emergency Contact Reminders and Care Relationships
Emergency contact reminders: You may set emergency contacts (e.g. family or friends). When you have not checked in for your set number of days, we send them a safety reminder. For users in mainland China on our mini-program we send by SMS to the phone numbers you provide; for users outside mainland China or on our App we send by email to the email addresses you provide. Notifications are sent only within the time window you set. You must ensure contact details are accurate and that you have each contact’s consent.
Care (mutual follow): In the App you can mutually follow another user. After that you can see each other’s check-in status, and when the other has not checked in for a set number of days you will receive an app push. You should only add users you wish to care about and who have agreed.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Comply with applicable laws
- Not use the service for any illegal or abusive purpose
- Not attack or disrupt our systems or services
- Not provide false contact information or harass others
- Not infringe others’ intellectual property or other rights
If you breach these rules we may suspend or terminate your access and may take legal action.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in our service (software, design, icons, text, images, trademarks, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws and owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or use it for commercial purposes without permission.
Your check-in data, emergency contact information, and care relationships belong to you; we use them only to provide and store the service.
6. Privacy
We take privacy seriously and process your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. Please read it for details.
7. Changes to the Service
We may change, upgrade, suspend or discontinue the service when needed. We will notify users of significant changes (e.g. in-app) where appropriate.
8. Disclaimer
⚠️ Important: This service is only an aid for daily check-ins and staying in touch. It cannot replace your normal contact with family and friends. Reminders depend on networks, SMS/email providers, and push services, and may be delayed or fail. Do not rely on this service as your only way to get help in an emergency.
You agree we are not liable for:
- Service interruption or reminder delay due to network or maintenance
- Failures caused by third parties (e.g. sign-in platforms, SMS/email or push providers)
- Reminders not delivered due to wrong number/email, inactive or unpaid line
- False alerts when you simply forgot to check in but are safe
- Interruption, data loss or reminder failure due to force majeure
- Any guarantee regarding your personal safety; the service is a voluntary tool only
9. Disputes
Disputes under these Terms will be resolved by good-faith negotiation. If that fails, they may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (for users in China) or as otherwise required by applicable law.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published in the app with an effective date. Continued use of our service means you accept the updated terms.
