- 打卡记录:您每天的打卡日期和时间,用于统计打卡天数、判断是否发送提醒以及在乎圈内的展示
- 紧急联系人信息:您设置的紧急联系人姓名及手机号或邮箱。中国大陆地区小程序用户我们使用手机号并通过短信发送提醒;非大陆地区或 App 用户我们使用邮箱并通过邮件发送提醒
- 通知设置:您设置的通知阈值(连续未打卡天数)和通知时间段,用于控制何时向您本人或紧急联系人发送提醒
- 设备与 Push:为向您发送「每日打卡提醒」及「在乎的人未打卡」等 Push,我们会收集并保存您授权的设备推送标识(如 device token),不用于其他目的
- 在乎关系:当您与另一用户互相关注(在乎)时,我们会记录该关注关系,用于展示对方打卡状态以及在对方连续未打卡时向您发送 Push 提醒
我们明确声明:不会收集位置信息、通讯录、相册等敏感信息,不会访问您的通讯录或相册。
2. 信息使用目的
我们收集的信息仅用于以下目的:
- 打卡服务:记录和统计您的打卡天数,展示打卡日历与历史记录
- 每日提醒:在您超过设定天数未打卡时,通过 App Push 提醒您本人打卡(仅 App 端)
- 紧急联系人提醒:当您连续未打卡达到设定阈值时,向紧急联系人发送安全提醒。中国大陆地区小程序用户通过短信发送(需提供联系人手机号);非大陆地区或 App 用户通过邮件发送(需提供联系人邮箱)。两种方式仅择一使用,依您使用的产品与地区而定
- 在乎与 Push:若您与对方互相关注,可查看对方打卡状态;当对方连续未打卡时,向您发送 App Push 提醒,便于您关心对方(仅 App 端)
- 用户身份识别与安全:用于账户验证与数据安全
- 服务优化:在去标识化前提下分析使用情况,改进产品与体验
我们承诺:不会将用户信息用于商业推广、广告投放或其他商业目的。紧急联系人信息及在乎关系仅用于上述提醒与展示,不会用于其他用途。
3. 信息保护措施
我们采用以下措施保护您的信息安全:

- 紧急联系人信息:在您使用服务期间保留,您删除该联系人后即删除
- 在乎关系:在您使用服务期间保留,您取消关注后即删除对应关系
- 设备推送标识:在您使用服务期间保留,用于发送 Push;登出或删除账户后删除
- 通知与 Push 记录:用于服务优化,最长保留 1 年
7. 未成年人保护
我们重视未成年人的隐私保护。若您为未成年人,请在监护人指导下使用本服务。若您为未成年人的监护人且发现我们收集了未成年人信息,请及时联系我们,我们将立即删除相关数据。

AliveDay (Yunjie Zhihui Information Technology (Langfang) Co., Ltd.) takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We are committed to complying with applicable laws and regulations and protecting your privacy.
1. Information We Collect
We only collect the following information necessary to provide check-in, reminders, and “care circle” features:
- Account information: Identifiers, nickname and profile picture when you sign in (e.g. WeChat, Apple, Google, or email), for account identification and display.
- Display name: The name or nickname you set, used to identify you in notifications.
- Check-in records: The date and time of your daily check-ins, for statistics, reminder logic, and (where you use “care”) display to people who care about you.
- Emergency contacts: Names and phone numbers or email addresses you provide. For users in mainland China on our mini-program (小程序), we send safety reminders by SMS to the phone numbers you provide. For users outside mainland China or on our App, we send reminders by email to the email addresses you provide.
- Notification settings: Your threshold (days without check-in) and time window, used to decide when we send reminders to you or your emergency contacts.
- Device and Push: To send you “daily check-in reminder” and “someone you care about has not checked in” push notifications, we store your device push token; we do not use it for any other purpose.
- Care relationships: When you and another user mutually follow each other (“care”), we store this relationship so you can see each other’s check-in status and receive push notifications when the other has not checked in for a set number of days.
We do not collect location, address book, or photos, and we do not access your device’s contacts or photo library.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect only for:
- Check-in service: Recording and displaying your check-in history and statistics.
- Daily reminder: When you have not checked in for a set number of days, we may send you an in-app push reminder to check in (App only).
- Emergency contact reminders: When you have not checked in for your set threshold, we send a safety reminder to your emergency contacts. In mainland China on our mini-program we send by SMS (using the phone numbers you provide). Outside mainland China or on our App we send by email (using the email addresses you provide). We use one channel or the other depending on your product and region.
- Care and push: If you and another user mutually follow each other, you can see each other’s check-in status. When the other has not checked in for a set number of days, we send you an app push so you can reach out (App only).
- Account identification and security.
- Service improvement: Analysing usage in a de-identified way to improve the product and experience.
We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or other commercial purposes. Emergency contact and care-relationship data are used only for the above reminders and display.
3. Data Security
We protect your information with:
- Encryption: All data in transit uses HTTPS.
- Access control: Strict limits on who can access data; only authorised personnel for maintenance and support.
- Secure storage: Data stored in a secure environment with encryption and backups.
- Data isolation: Each user’s data is kept separate.
- Regular reviews: Security checks and updates.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share or disclose information only:
- To deliver reminders: To emergency contacts in mainland China (mini-program) we use SMS providers; outside mainland China or on the App we use email providers. To send you or your “care” contacts push notifications we use push providers (e.g. Apple, Google). These providers are used only to deliver messages and must not use your information for other purposes.
- When required by law or government authorities.
- With your explicit consent.
- To protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Know what information we collect and how we use it.
- Access the personal data, check-in records, and care relationships we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information (e.g. name, emergency contacts).
- Request deletion of your personal data, check-in records, emergency contacts, or care relationships.
- Withdraw consent and request account and data deletion.

6. Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary:
- Account information: While you use the service; deleted within 30 days after you stop.
- Check-in records: While you use the service; deleted within 30 days after you stop.
- Emergency contacts: While you use the service; deleted when you remove a contact.
- Care relationships: While you use the service; deleted when you unfollow.
- Device push token: While you use the service for sending push; deleted when you log out or delete your account.
- Notification and push logs: For service improvement, up to one year.
7. Children
We take children’s privacy seriously. If you are under the age of majority, please use our service with a guardian’s guidance. If you are a guardian and find that we have collected a minor’s information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published in the app or on our website with an effective date. Continued use of our service means you accept the updated policy.
