欢迎使用卖菜小助手！本用户服务协议（以下简称「本协议」）是您与云界智汇信息技术（廊坊）有限公司之间关于您使用卖菜小助手服务所订立的协议。请您在使用我们的服务前仔细阅读本协议。如果您不同意本协议的任何条款，请不要使用我们的服务。Welcome to Vegetable Seller Assistant. These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Yunjie Zhihui Information Technology (Langfang) Co., Ltd. regarding your use of Vegetable Seller Assistant. Please read them before using our services. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. 服务内容与范围1. Service Scope

卖菜小助手是一款农批菜商管理小程序，我们为您提供以下服务：Vegetable Seller Assistant is a produce-merchant management miniprogram. We provide:

多市场菜价：浏览多市场、多品种菜价，按时间查看与筛选Multi-market prices: browse prices by market and variety, view and filter by time
关注与到价提醒：添加关注品种与心理价，到价可选小程序消息或短信提醒Watchlist and price alerts: add watched varieties and target prices; miniprogram or SMS when hit
订单与客户管理：记录客户信息、订单、账单、还款，按客户归档与汇总Orders and customers: record customer info, orders, ledgers, repayments; archive and total by customer
消息通知：订单即将到期、已逾期、周报月报等自动推送（可选小程序消息或短信）Notifications: order due soon, overdue, weekly and monthly reports—auto pushed (miniprogram or SMS)

我们致力于为您提供简单、可靠的经营辅助工具，菜价一屏看，到价与到期提醒，订单客户随手查。We aim to provide a simple, reliable tool: prices at a glance; price and due reminders; orders and customers on the go.

2. 用户注册与账户2. Account

使用我们的服务需要您通过微信授权登录。首次登录即表示您已阅读并同意本协议和《隐私政策》。您有责任维护账户安全，不得将账户转让给他人使用。Use of our service requires WeChat login. First login means you have read and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and must not transfer it to others.

3. 用户行为规范3. Acceptable Use

在使用我们的服务时，您承诺遵守中华人民共和国相关法律法规，不得利用本服务进行任何违法、违规活动，不得恶意攻击、破坏我们的系统或服务，不得侵犯他人知识产权或其他合法权益。如您违反上述规定，我们有权暂停或终止为您提供服务。You agree to comply with applicable laws. You must not use the service for illegal or harmful activity, attack or disrupt our systems, or infringe others’ rights. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.

4. 知识产权与数据归属4. IP and Data

本服务中的程序、界面、商标等归我们或相关权利人所有。您创建的关注列表、订单、客户等数据归您所有，我们仅用于为您提供存储与展示服务。Software, UI, and trademarks are ours or our licensors’. Your watchlist, orders, and customer data belong to you; we use them only to provide storage and display.

5. 隐私保护5. Privacy

我们严格按照《隐私政策》处理您的个人信息。详细内容请参阅《隐私政策》。We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. 服务变更与终止6. Changes and Termination

我们保留根据业务发展需要修改、升级服务功能，或在必要时暂停、终止部分或全部服务的权利。如发生重大变更，我们将通过应用内公告或本网站公布等方式提前通知用户。We may modify, upgrade, suspend, or discontinue the service. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notice or this website.

7. 免责声明7. Disclaimer

⚠️ 重要提示：本服务仅作为农批菜商经营管理的辅助工具。菜价数据仅供参考；到价与到期提醒依赖小程序推送及短信服务商，可能存在延迟或发送失败。请勿将本服务作为唯一的定价或收款依据。您对订单与客户数据的真实性、合法性负责。 ⚠️ Important: This service is an auxiliary tool only. Price data is for reference; price and due reminders depend on miniprogram push and SMS providers and may be delayed or fail. Do not rely on it as your only pricing or collection basis. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your order and customer data.

8. 争议解决与协议修改8. Disputes and Amendments

因本协议产生的争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，可向公司所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。我们可能会根据法律法规或业务需要修改本协议，修改后将公布并注明生效日期。继续使用即表示同意修改后的协议。感谢您选择卖菜小助手！Disputes shall be resolved by negotiation; failing that, by the courts with jurisdiction in our company’s location. The laws of the People’s Republic of China apply. We may amend these terms and will publish changes with an effective date. Continued use means you accept the amended terms.
